Santam's Merit Claims division has a position available for Manager: Merit Motor Claims. This position will be based in Parktown and will report to the National Manager: Merit Claims.
PURPOSEThe purpose of the role will be to manage the team of Motor Merit Claims Service Assessors responsible for investigation component of suspicious and potential fraudulent claims. Ensuring that all flagged and segmented Motor Claims are comprehensively investigated to achieve conclusive results and co-ordinating all claims investigation efforts and all other relevant stakeholders e.g. Forensic Services, Insurance Crime Bureau (SAICB).
