Technical Competencies:Engage with external stakeholders (at a Senior Management I Executive level) to ensure compliance with the company, exchange information, provide solutions, and solve queries, related to highly complex mattersManage G&P Operations to ensure cost-effective performance, ensuring high-quality outputs are delivered timeously within the approved budgetMake recommendations on all forms of guidance to be issued to supervisory bodies, regulated institutions, persons, and sectors on the application of the companyManage and enhance the process to ensure that all written queries from external stakeholders are effectively and timeously managedManagament Compentencies:Directs, controls, and enhances resources to produce operating results meet specific objectives, and deliver agreed resultsFocuses continuously on delivery as per predefined plansMakes changes to improve performance and reduce riskAnticipates and resolves problems to ensure targets are achieved within agreed deadlines and standardsEducation:Degree in Law or BCom or equivalent Postgraduate qualifications in anti-money laundering, forensic auditing, or compliance managementCAMS certification would be desirableA management qualification will be advantageous (BBA, MBA, or MDP)Experience:Minimum of 2 years of proven management experienceMinimum 5 years experience in compliance or risk managementExperience in a regulatory environment, compliance oversight, or supervision Knowledge of the company's, international standards and requirements, and other relevant legislation
