The Product Owner is responsible for managing and driving the development of banking products within an agile team. They work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, designers, and project managers, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure the successful delivery of the product. The Product Owner plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Commerce
Experience RequiredKey Deliverables: Product Vision: Define and communicate a clear vision for the product, aligning it with business objectives and customer needs.Product Backlog: Create and maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories based on input from stakeholders, with clear acceptance criteria.Roadmap Development: Collaborate with key stakeholders to create a product roadmap that outlines the strategic direction and milestones.Sprint Planning: Participate in sprint planning meetings, prioritizing and selecting user stories for development during each sprint.Release Management: Coordinate the release process, ensuring that features are delivered on time and meet the defined requirements.Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback, manage expectations, and facilitate product demonstrations.Additional InformationExcellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and find innovative solutions.Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality products.Proactive and self-motivated to drive the product development process.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Leadership skills to guide the team and make informed decisions.Strong understanding of banking products, processes, and industry regulations.Familiarity with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.Proficiency in creating and maintaining product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Ability to perform market analysis, competitor research, and identify customer needs.Experience with defining and managing product roadmaps.Knowledge of software development processes and tools.Please note: All our recruitment processes comply with the applicable local laws and regulations.
