We are currently looking for a Manager: Data Management.
Role Overview: Lead the execution of a comprehensive data management strategy that leverages data as a strategic asset, aligning with company goals to drive market opportunities and insights. Implement and oversee robust data management architecture and governance frameworks, ensuring high-quality, scalable data infrastructure, and compliance with relevant regulations for advanced analytics and seamless data integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute a comprehensive data management strategy that emphasizes data as an asset, including identifying market opportunities and developing data insights that align with the company's strategic goals and business objectives.
Implement a robust data management architecture that drives scalable data infrastructure that supports advanced analytics, data integration, and seamless access to high-quality data.
Implement and monitor data governance frameworks and best practices, quality, processing standards, and security protocols effective to protect data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
Conduct regular data audits and performance reviews to identify and address issues ensuring data is properly structured to support effective analysis and business intelligence.
Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to integrate data systems and ensure seamless data flow implementing data validation and cleansing techniques to maintain high-quality datasets.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
5 Years of experience in Data Management and at least 3 years in a Senior Data Management role.
Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study.
CIMP (Certified Information Management Professional) advantageous.
Deep understanding of job-related concepts with specialization in some areas.
Specific & Business Knowledge Required:
Data Management Body of Knowledge (DMBOK); Data Architecture & Administration; Data Governance; Database Management; Data Warehousing; Data Integration Tools; Data Security & Privacy; Information Systems; Data Analysis.
Understanding of Business domain, Business strategy and Long-Term Objectives; Regulatory and Compliance Requirements; Data Management Processes; Data Governance, Data Warehousing, and Data Integration Principles.
