This role will replace the outsourced firm, whose responsibilities are as follows:Bank & Treasury ReconciliationsPayrollVAT ReturnCash ApplicationAccounts Payable (AP) Invoices via Dext (check NL coding is correct, organize pay runs via Teleroo)Month End:Revenue invoice billingAccruals, prepaymentsPost accrued/deferred revenue journalDepreciationPerform full balance sheet reconciliationsConsolidationManagement accounts, including commentary and variance analysisAdditional Responsibilities:Maintain tracker spreadsheets for key partners, lenders, and investorsPrepare working papers for statutory accounts to be handed to external accountantsAs our client is a hyper-growth company, they have a legacy of startup-style accounting. The company expects its first audit in about a year, so the role requires accounting to be done at a quality level that will facilitate a smooth audit process.
