IntroductionAn Agritalent client, a leading agribusiness, seeks an Administration Manager to identify and investigate controls and business risks in cooperation with management, and implement affirmative procedures.Duties & ResponsibilitiesIdentify problem areas, recommend procedures to rectify, implement systems and procedures;Financial analysis and identify exceptions;Assist with the financial year-end tasks;Adhoc tasks allocated by Managing Director and senior management.Desired Experience & QualificationB.Com or equivalent with articles completed and 3 years' experience;Previous experience as an accountant within the agricultural environment is a recommendation.SkillsSound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;Good numerical ability;Accounting Insight;Excellent interpersonal skills.
