Finance Clerk

Requirements:Diploma / NQF level 6 (Diploma course of 1 to 3 years)Up to 2 years applicable experience.Fully Computer Literate (Microsoft office and Outlook).Experience working with Syspro advantageous.
Responsibilities:Creditor reconciliations.Ensure invoices are VAT compliant.
Prepare EFT requisition for payment.
Prepare monthly accrual list.
Capture and Process invoices onto Syspro.Process all monthly cashbooks for both cash received, and cash paid.Ensure all invoices are processed and paid monthly.Ensure the GRNs stay up to date and are matched to invoices timeously.Ensure all Monthly Debit Order Invoices and Statements have been received.Debtors duties, match cash received to outstanding invoices.BEE Report preparation.Request quotations and prepare purchase orders.Follow up on outstanding queries.
