Job Description: Electrical, hydraulic & PLC fault finding Ability to read and understand hydraulic/Pneumatic drawingsProgramme robotics and PLC'sCross train subordinates & give support where and when required Knowledge required: PLC Programming (Siemens S5, S5, Festo, Omron)CNC (Indramat, Fidia, Fanuc)Robotics (Kuka, ABB, Motoman, AEC, Phillips)Industrial communications networksFault finding and press machinery repairManufacturing processes Basic understanding of quality systems SCADA/ HMI experience (Win CC, Wonderware Intouch, Xenon, Win Flex)Job Requirements:N6 / National Diploma with 5- 10 years of experience in automation/ instrumentation field within the automotive environmentT3/T4 diploma will be an advantage5 years as a technician in the electrical field, especially in automation (hydraulics and general maintenance/projects)
