Finished Goods Warehouse Unit Manager Ref: 3662

We are currently seeking an accurate and efficient Finished Goods Warehouse Unit Manager, who is attentive to details, to join a manufacturer in the Western Cape, where they will be responsible for managing the Finished Goods Warehouse.
The minimum qualifications and requirements include Matric with Mathematics -- a Supply Chain related or technical tertiary qualification is advantageous --    3+ years' of high-velocity warehousing and logistics experience within the manufacturing sector, knowledge of ERP systems and cycle count processes.
4+ years' in a management or supervisory role requiring shopfloor IR interaction and financial acumen (budgets, cost control and reporting) is also needed.
The successful incumbent will manage and oversee the daily operations of the Finished Goods Warehouse, ensure warehouse activities are carried out, develop and maintain processes and procedures that ensure the safe, accurate, and timely movement of goods within the warehouse, implement and manage cycle count processes, and ensure that inventory counts are accurate and any discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner.
