Maintenance ManagerHire Resolve's client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of our plant facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, as well as experience managing a team of maintenance technicians.Responsibilities:Data/ report analysis from (preventative and breakdown system)Ensuring a quality PMS platform in terms of data and system integrity.Plan necessary equipment and facility cleaning with hygiene/technical department.Planning and scheduling of resourcesTactics and strategy on Asset CareAssisting with Capex projectsUpkeep of Site buildingsDay to day breakdown maintenance assistance.Ensure that services (Air/Water/Electricity/Effluent plant) are always available for site.Responsible for purchasing and negotiating with suppliers.Develop first line maintenance manuals and 1-page lessons/training materialEnsure critical spares stock levels are maintainedTraining of operators on machinesMaintain Production lines OEE =67%Weekly Maintenance reportsCost ManagementMonitor and ensure that the maintenance budget is adhered to in line with business requirementsMonitor and identify exceptions to the budget and validate reasonsEnsure Production lines produce OTIF (Adherence Target = 95%)Issue safe work permitsEnsuring all contractors comply with Standards and policies.Co-ordinate and facilitate Insurance inspections and requirements, ensuring these are conducted within the required timeframesEnsure Strand site comply with Government and local municipality legal requirements (COC, Fire certification, etc.)Weekly and Monthly reports on Maintenance complianceManaging contractorsPeople ManagementEnsure department comply fully with governance/audit/risk standards.
