Basic knowledge of plumbing, refrigeration, boiler making, rigging, etc.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREAS Operations Supervise, coordinate and plan preventative maintenance schedules on equipment, machinery and buildings Organizing and coordinating the material and human resources required to complete jobs Assist with the installation of new equipment and seamless integration of new systems Participate in establishing work schedules.
Ensure that the schedules are correctly executed Ensure forklifts (fleet) maintenance, repairs, and services Cross-Departmental Collaboration Data-Driven Decision-Making Implement and promote practices that enhance energy efficiency and sustainability in maintenance operations.
