Position Summary
Dynamic company is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee and lead our technical operations. This dynamic role involves managing a team of 20 employees, ensuring the seamless execution of all technical activities, and upholding the highest standards in safety, efficiency, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 20 technical staff members.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Operational Oversight:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all technical operations and projects.
Ensure timely delivery of services while maintaining cost efficiency.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Quality Assurance:
Monitor the quality of technical services and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure safety and operational excellence.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with senior management to align technical strategies with business goals.
Drive innovation and recommend technological improvements to enhance productivity.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for technical queries from clients and internal stakeholders.
Provide technical support and solutions to address customer needs.
Health, Safety, and Compliance:
Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations in the workplace.
Stay updated with industry standards and ensure the team's compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or a related field. / Trade Tested
Experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a technical management or leadership role.
Proven track record of managing teams and delivering technical projects on time and within budget.
Skills:
Strong leadership and people management abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in technical tools and software relevant to the industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
