Refer them today and get rewarded!Key Responsibilities:Optimize Equipment: Develop strategies for maximum equipment efficiency.Engineering Support: Provide installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for DCS, QCS, VSD Drives, and hydraulic systems.Maintain Electrical Integrity: Oversee our 132kV yard and 11kV power reticulation system.Project Management: Manage capital projects in line with Sappi standards.Identify Improvements: Justify capital expenditure for new equipment and upgrades.Contract Management: Negotiate and ensure compliance with engineering contracts.Ensure Safety: Maintain a safe work environment per legal regulations.Lead the Team: Develop and align the electrical engineering team with organizational goals.Essential Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Sciences or Engineering (4-year program) or National Higher Diploma in Engineering.Government Certificate of Competence (Factories).Relevant management qualification; Professional Engineer registration is a plus.8-10 years of relevant experience; Pulp and Paper industry experience is advantageous.Ready to Make an Impact?Apply now and help us shape the future!
