Maintenance Foreman

Our client, a leading player in the Food FMCG sector, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Foreman to join their team in Gauteng.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, analyzing breakdown trends, and managing the day-to-day activities to ensure optimal performance of the facilitys machinery and equipment.
Minimum Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
Millwright Trade Test Certificate.
5-7 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably in the Food FMCG industry.
Strong knowledge of machinery, electrical systems, and preventative maintenance procedures.
Proven experience in managing breakdown trends and implementing corrective actions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
