Logistics Manager

Duties and responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Oversee and manage the entire Logistics Operations (including all documentation imports/exports) as well as monitoring the logistics service providers.Clearing/ForwardingManage all Inventory.Arrange all Transportation.Negotiate with Suppliers and VendorsWarehouse ManagementProcess ImprovementReporting and AnalysisImport and Export competencies, trade laws, regulations, compliance, incoterms, etc.Analytical and Problem-Solving SkillsFinancial AcumenSupply Chain ManagementRisk Management:Liaise with customer.Cost ManagementCompliance with Trade AgreementsCross-Functional CollaborationReporting, planning Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (e.g., APICS, CSCMP, etc.
)Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics managementMinimum 5 years experience in FMCGProven history of managing warehousing, transportation, and inventory operations.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Computer literate: software and systems (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP).Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.Knowledge of international logistics and customs regulations.Experience with ERP systems in the beverage sector.Temperature-controlled logistics and handling of perishable goods experienceMust be able to travel.Must be able to work overtime as and when required.
