Logistics Clerk

Qualifications:
Matric Certificate
Maritime Certifications astrong advantage
Very proficient in MS Word and Excel
1-2 years of invoicing and accounting experience.
Previous Work in the logistics industrywould be advantageous
Admin orientated
Must be good with numbers and a fast learner
Team player
Attention to detail
Good communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
Data Capturing
Invoicing and scanning PODs to the customer.
Communication, tracking, and liaising with customers
Tying up PODs to the invoices and closing off ship files.
Processing Orders
Uploading Invoices, Claims, Weekly Statements
Uploading Customers on the system
Prepare documentation for exports e.g., letters of confirmation to clients, export waybills, typing of marine insurance certificates,
Filing, emailing, faxing, photo-copying and all other duties relating to sales and inbound and outbound traffic.
