JD Specialized Recruitment is partnering with an exclusive, award-winning luxury lodge in the Kruger National Park, to recruit a highly experienced and charismatic LODGE MANAGER.
Requirements

Min 6 years' experience in a 5* world recognized Lodge in a similar or more senior role.
Relevant hospitality degree or diploma.
Exceptional Food & Beverage knowledge and awareness of dietaries and allergies.
Up to date with current industry trends and exceptionally high standards of service excellence.
Good financial acumen and good computer literacy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail oriented and guest centric with a passion for creating personalised memorable guest experiences.
Understanding of basic labour law and disciplinary procedures.
Knowledgeable on housekeeping and maintenance procedures.
Stable employment history.
Valid driver's license.
