Candidate Requirements:Relevant Degree or Diploma would be highly advantageousExperience working in a 5* lodge environment is essentialIt is essential to have knowledge and experience in lodge operationsPrevious experience managing a 60+ bed lodge is essentialKnowledge of front-of-house operationsMust have good communication and interpersonal skillsMust have strong administration skillsMust have strong leadership skills and be able to manage a teamHave excellent attention to detail and be able to take initiativeMust be able to work independentlyHave a passion for the hospitality and tourism industryHave excellent organisational skillsThis is a live-in position
