Lodge Manager

Candidate requirements:Diploma or Degree in Hospitality related field Min of 5years experience within management preferably within a luxury organization Fluent in English (both written and spoken)The ability to understand or speak Zulu would be an enormous benefitExcellent administration skills with above average computer literacy (pastel, Micros, Opera, Semper)Valid drivers license with PDP essential Excellent interpersonal skillsValid first aid certification Excellent management and leadership skills with the ability to train and develop staffWell presented with impeccable hygiene and sober habitsGood all-rounder knowledge of all departments in a lodgeThis is a live-in position with all meals and laundry. 6/2 cycle with medical aid and provident fund contributions
