Local Motion Manager

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:You will be responsible for working within the Process Automation Energy Industries, acting as a local business leader with full accountability for end-to-end business activities, including operations, portfolio management, and commercial functions (sales and marketing).You will be accountable for driving profitable business growth and meeting both short-term and long-term HUB growth and organizational development targets.A critical part of your role is to oversee execution and delivery while prioritizing exceptional customer experience.Your focus will include driving productivity, optimizing costs, and improving delivery performance.Monitoring quality metrics, you will identify and implement opportunities to enhance local execution.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:A Bachelors degree is required, with preference given to candidates with a background in Business or Engineering.To be successful in this role, you bring a minimum of 10 years of international leadership experience.You have a strong capacity for building relationships and long-term planning at the executive and operational leadership levels, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate and achieve results with both internal and external stakeholders.You are well-versed in handling revenues exceeding 30 million USD, possess robust business planning experience, and have excelled in leading teams in multi-cultural environments.You bring a strong entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication abilities, and a commanding senior executive presence.You will lead marketing and sales initiatives, cultivating long-term relationships with customers and partners to strengthen business connections.
