Retail Leasing ManagerOur client seeks to employ an experienced Retail Leasing Manager to join their team based in Umhlanga.Responsibilities:Responsible for all leasing functions, which includes reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements.Lease of the existing and new development retail spaces.Qualifications:Matric with Business Qualification; a Degree/Diploma in Retail Management is advantageous.Possess a SACSC Certificate and be registered with an active FFC (Fidelity Fund Certificate).A valid driver's license is needed as site visitation is required.Correspondence will only be conducted with shortlisted candidates.
