Job Description
Kia South Africa is seeking an experienced Learning Facilitator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the training and development of the Kia dealer network, Kia Importer employees as well as performing Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) duties. The function forms a crucial part of the sales cycle, providing both critical and non-technical skills which will enhance the growth and development of all employees and therefore demands a high level of professionalism, technical and product knowledge.
Position Overview
Specific Role Responsibilities
Conduct induction training for all new employees.
Conduct product, sales and soft skills training for dealer network.
Develop relevant training material and content (inclusive of all product launches and experience days) for dealer network and Head Office employees.
Complete regular competitor analysis for training purposes.
Develop and administer assessments for training.
Coach and mentor sales force at dealership level.
Identify training needs, skills gaps and trends within the learning environment.
Perform Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) duties, including facilitating skills development initiatives, managing Workplace Skills Plans (WSPs) and Annual Training Reports (ATRs), and liaising with relevant stakeholders.
Manage all training logistics and administra5on (inclusive of the monthly training calendar).
Manage all training related LMS functions such as creating training events, manage training bookings, create and manage reminders, follow up on training events, advise users on their training.
Plan and implement the dealer visit schedule.
Maintain and update all training material.
Manage matters relating to non-attendance of training sessions and discussions with Managers.
Complete and submit monthly training reports and expenses (coaching, training tracking, analysis and travel returns).
Maintain, manage and report on the training completion against targeted percentages.
Communicate all training through bulletins, memos, reminders, tracking and follow up interventions
Assist all employees of Kia with general product and training queries.
Qualifications and Experience
Grade 12/Matric.
Training/Facilitator qualification or accreditation (preferred).
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology (advantageous).
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Facilitator.
Experience in the automotive industry or similar field is (preferred).
