Hello… an exciting new opportunity has just become available in our Group Services , Talent Performance & Learning area.
 We are looking to recruit a Learning & Development Administrator (Fixed Term Contract-4 Months) Role Objectives: Responsible for coordinating all Learning support.
Enhance the image of the company through the continuous delivery of efficient and effective training admin support.
  Key Responsibilities: TECHNICAL EXPERTISE Training administration support Review and test training links, prior to invitations being sent Training PST: Send through requests to PST system provider to create profiles Diarise and ensure registrations have been processed Manage all registration queries received.
Training support: Teams (Product/Systems and PST).
Management support: Expenses / EVR queries Adhoc projects Ensuring progress against any audit and assurance findings which may arise Training reporting: PST registrations / Completed accreditation L & D Policies and Procedures Process Insurance Industry Knowledge Regulatory requirements and Legislation Other Computer Literacy Systems Communication Skills (Verbal & written)   Skills and Attributes Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships Excellent administrative and organisational skills Ability to prioritize effectively and manage time efficiently Attention to detail Resourceful problem-solving skills Conflict handling STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT Relationship Management: Interact frequently with colleagues in a professional manner.
Take ownership of queries and offer possible solutions to the various stakeholders and ensure all are resolved and feedback given to relevant parties Provide support to Group Learning Manager and Consultants in respect of drafting and reviewing training material/reports Provide training admin support to sales L&D Team when needed   PEOPLE & TALENT MANAGEMENT: Employee Growth: Take responsibility for own career growth and have regular discussions with the relevant role players.
  CUSTOMER SERVICE & TCF: Ensure customers are treated fairly and that TCF management is done in conjunction with the Learning Team.
Maintain a high level of service to customers (internal and external) according to the service standards as set by the company.
General: When required perform any other duties necessary for the operational effectiveness of the company that is within your ability and scope
