Junior Working Spa Manager

Milnerton Rural, Cape Town - Seeking a Vibrant & Ambitious Internationally Junior Spa Manager (working manager) for an Upmarket Spa.
Responsibilities:

Perform full-time therapy; must be qualified as a Beauty Therapist.
Manage and lead the spa team, ensuring high standards of service.
Maintain hygiene and grooming standards to present the brand effectively.
Engage with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Achieve targets and contribute to the overall success of the spa.

Minimum Requirements:

Beauty Diploma preferably CIDESCO, SAAHSP and/or ITEC.
Minimum 2 years in a Senior Therapist or Assistant Manager role.
Microsoft Proficiency, especially Excel.
ESP experience an advantage.
Flexible and available to work shifts.
Must be qualified in the following: massage, facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, wraps.
Must be mature, responsible, passionate, and target-driven.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Own reliable transport.
Must be a team player, reliable, energetic, goal-driven, and well-spoken.
Strong leadership skills.

Hours: Monday to Sundays - 9h00 to 18h00.
Market related basic salary, commission, and performance incentives.
