Daleburne Consulting is looking for a Junior Payroll & Human Resource Administrator to join our Outsourced Payroll and HR Company based in Edenvale.The successful applicant will join our growing team of professional and focused staff.Daleburne Consulting has been around for over 23 years and assists and services many long-standing clients, ranging from small businesses to corporate customers.Daily tasks may include but are not limited to:Checking the number of hours employees have workedCalculating wages and salariesIssuing employee payslipsCollaborating with clients to maintain employee dataCalculating pay raises, shift payments, and overtime compensationIssuing tax forms and related documentation and assisting employees to complete themDeducting tax and insurance paymentsResolving issues employees have with timesheets, payslips, and other payroll mattersChanging employee bank records when necessary to process payments accuratelyLeave recording and managementGeneral office filing and administrationRequirements:Candidates must have MatricPast work experience in the HR, Payroll, or finance field is advantageousAbility to multitask and follow up on ongoing queriesOrganised, task-focused, and able to work to tight deadlinesAttention to detail and strong numeracy skills are critical while working at a fast paceAble to work alone on allocated tasks as well as team projectsExcellent communication skills in the English language (both written and verbal); employee may need to assist with writing contracts, policies & employee lettersSome tertiary education or experience with finance/accounting advantageous but not mandatoryComputer literate with good skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft ExcelKnowledge of SAGE Payrolls and/or Efiling/Ufiling will be beneficialSchool leavers with suitable subjects will be consideredDriver's license & own carPlease note that if you do not receive any feedback from us within a week, you should consider your application as having been unsuccessful.
