Apply now!!!Minimum requirements:Min 3 years experience in a Facilities Management role.A technical diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering will be advantageous.Facilities management or property management diploma will be advantageous.Track record of optimising facilities.Proficient in coordination, facility management and enhancing customer experience.Strong communicator and problem solver dedicated to maintaining a safe and efficient environment.Responsibilities:Technical services and maintenance:Implementation of preventative maintenance plans.Conduct inspections.Monitoring of operating procedures and best practices.Soft Services:Assist with the procurement process.Assist the Operations Manager in the drafting of SLA's and scopes for signature.Monitor the performance management.Building Maintenance and projects:Implementation of preventative maintenance plans.Conduct inspections of assets.Implementing best practices to ensure standards and life expectancy.Ensure Maintenance is done by maintenance technicians.Financial Management:Assist with the compilation of operational expenses.Assist with ensuring that budgets are based on annual building audits.Utility Manager:Monitor the utility management process.Monitor that all related equipment and systems are in order.Sustainability and Innovation:Monitor the sustainability of projects and equipment on site.Risk Management and Compliance:Monitor and report on the process and systems within the area of accountability.Ensure that audit recommendations are implemented.Customer Service:Provides exceptional customer service.Admin and Reporting:Assist with monthly reports for management meetings.Maintain master files.Updating of the health and safety plans.Keep a record of information required for the asset registers.Monitor outstanding purchase orders to ensure turnaround in line with policy time frames.Desired Skills:MaintenanceTechnical ServicesUtilitiesPropertyCustomer Service
