Junior Electrical Engineer (Solar Industry)

We are looking for a Junior Electrical Engineer for a Renowned Solar Company in Port Elizabeth.

Minimum Requirements:

Must have at least one year's experience in project management & design

National Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Exposure / experience in draughting.

Exposure / experience in solar systems highly advantageous.

Valid Driver's License

Own Vehicle

Duties:

Timeous design of PV solutions for presentation of the Company's solutions

Conduct Site Inspections

Verification of electrical infrastructure

Assess & identify PV project areas of concern

Inspect installations and verify quality to the Company's standards

Label installation as per legislative requirements

Develop and maintain good business relationships between the Company's role players within NMBM

Develop and maintain good relationships with the Company's customers

Generate accurate BOQ's for installations

Consult with sub-contracted electrical engineering

Conduct site inspection

Develop maintenance schedule

Timeous response to client queries

Timeously generate designs for new and existing business

Timeously submit applications to NMBM

Monitor and verify performance of installed systems

Assist management in developing continuous improvement procedures

Ensure installations are to the Company's and legislated quality standards
