Junior AccountantClosing Date: 2024-10-04Closed: NoDescription:Our client, a well-established company that operates in the premium wine and spirits industry, is seeking to employ a Junior Accountant to join their dynamic team in Brackenfell, Cape Town.The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to):Ensure all released PO's are received daily.Ensure all PO's are allocated correctly.Effectively handle any queries relating to relevant accounts and provide feedback timeously.Ensure statements received from suppliers are worked through to identify missing invoices and follow up on these.Ensure all documents are correctly filed electronically, and that the filing system is accurately maintained - all creditor's statements to be saved on the H drive.Follow up to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained.All other tasks related to this role.Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:3-year Diploma in Accounting or related field;Experience in Stock Accounting will be beneficial;Experience in BC Navision will be beneficial.Please apply online at www.m3online.co.za before 09:00 on 4 October 2024.For general enquiries, contact our team at M3 Human Capital Management on 021 863 1444.Please note that only shortlisted candidates are contacted.
