Junior Accountant

This role is ideal for someone who has some professional experience and is eager to continue developing their skills.
The position is currently office-based with the potential to transition to a hybrid model in the future.Key Responsibilities:Perform daily transactional processing, including invoicing, reconciliations, and data entry.Assist in the preparation of management accounts and financial reports.Support month-end and year-end closing processes.Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.Collaborate with the finance team to resolve accounting discrepancies and issues.Participate in various accounting projects and initiatives as required.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (BCom Accounting or similar qualification).Professional experience in transactional processing and management accounts.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).Good organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Effective communication skills and a proactive attitude.Working Hours:Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMFriday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PMFlexibility with working hours is offered.Salary:R20,000 – R30,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.Benefits:Opportunities for professional development and growth.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Potential for hybrid working arrangement in the future.How to Apply: If you are a motivated Junior Accountant looking to advance your career, we would love to hear from you!
