Responsibilities:Contract managementEnsure contracts are approved according to SOAEnsure contracts are filed correctlyPurchase OrdersEnsure Purchase Orders have supporting documentsEnsure expenditure is in Plan, prior to PO requestEnsure PO requests are approved on a timely basisEnsure PO requests are allocated correctlyEnsure PO create aligns with the requestMaintain PO, GRV and invoice tracker (collaborate with PO administrator)Intercompany InvoicesMaintain Intercompany invoice tracker – ensure completeness & accuracyResolve intercompany backFollow up intercompany queries with issuing entityEnsure all intercompany invoices are allocated correctlyEnsure intercompany invoices are routed for approval as per SOAEnsure intercompany invoices are approved before the monthly cut-off Skills required: Advanced ExcelAssertiveGood communication skillsAttention to detailModerate financial acumen Kindly regard your application as unsuccessful if you have not heard from the agency within 2 weeks.
