Engage daily with international passengers to address queries and provide assistance. Meet specific key performance indicators and maintain client service levels. Work in a fastpaced and timesensitive call center environment. RequirementsMust be a native Italian speaker with fluency in both verbal and written communication (Advanced level may be considered). Preferably located in South Africa. Must hold a permanent residence permit or South African ID. Proficient in computer literacy and technical skills. Clean criminal record. Ability to work flexible shifts. Previous customer service experience is advantageous. Employment Terms and Conditions: Annual Compensation: R190000 CTC (R15833 per month) Fulltime Permanent Contract: 40 hours per week with 89 hour shifts per day. Rotational shifts from Mondays to Fridays including rotational Saturdays Sundays and public holidays as operationally required.
