Job Description: We are currently looking for Italian speakers to fill the position of Claims Handler.
Key responsibilities include: Providing claims services Replying to incoming email inquiries Processing and arranging claims for medical and travel insurance.
Handling claims from start to finish, including data entry and invoice assessment.
Delivering friendly and outstanding customer service Responding to inquiries in a timely and efficient manner Working efficiently in a multilingual and multicultural team Job Requirements: Professional fluency in Italian Proactive and able to perform well under pressure.
Excellent attention to detail Flexible and open-minded to ongoing changes and training Matric or higher qualification Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office tools Ideally, an SA VISA is secured.
