It Project Administrator

Responsibilities
Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution.Liaise with company stakeholders and internal teams to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.Project/program tracking and highlighting Risks and mitigation plan.Track project timelinesRetrieve necessary information (e.g., user/client requirements and relevant case studies)Ensuring company needs are met as the project/program evolves.Act as a Single Point of Contact and handle issues that arise.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, milestones, and reports.
Requirements:

3+ years experience as a project administrator within an IT project environnmentBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related degree essential (must have completed your degree and have your certificate)Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and reports to showcase milestones achieved and manage variance and escalations.
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills along with good communication.
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
Agile methodology experience and knowledge will be a plus.
Must be able to work across departments and be integrally involved in integrating interdepartmental projects.
