Purpose
To effectively manage the day-to-day operational activities of the IT business unit which include but are not limited to IT Service Management, End-user support, IT Infrastructure, IT Applications, Data Analysis, IT Security, and Supplier Management.
Tasks include:

IT Operations
Asset Management
Risk management & Compliance
Applications & Data
IT Service Management
Financial Management
Manage the team to achieve the delivery and management of IT services

Essential Skills, Attributes & Qualifications

A minimum of 10 years' experience in IT of which 5 years must be in middle management in the IT environment.
IT Project Management experience
IT Service Management and Support experience
Software Development Life Cycle experience
Information/Data/Network Security experience
Office 365 experience will be an added advantage
Knowledge of cloud-based technology (IaaS, SaaS & PaaS) will be an added advantage
