Job DescriptionAssist with the implementation of ISO 9001: Quality Management Systems that will save time and cost, meet all customer needs and expectations and comply with all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.Data Capturing / ControlControl and prepare QMS documents (In accordance to ISO standards)Document verification, control and sign offControl documentation by keeping an updated distribution list and maintain a revision schedule for all documents.Quality Management System (ISO 9001)Coordinate, evaluate, and assist in developing action plans and implementation of quality management system (QMS)Maintain and control quality of the ISO 9001 and follow up on quality issues.Provide an understanding of the requirements of the new ISO 9001:2015 standard and its impact on the auditing process.Select appropriate quality and certification requirements.Processes and ProceduresEnsure policy and procedure documents are established and implemented to comply with relevant standards requirements and regularly review procedures.Monitor and ensure that the quality assurance and quality control policies and systems are adhered to.Manage ongoing quality systems, processes, procedures, and database.Ensure communication and liaison with relevant parties and stakeholders.AuditingAssist in planning and conducting internal and external Quality Assurance audits.Coordinate and host audits and inspections.Respond to and develop corrective and preventative actions for audit observations.Assist with follow-ups on audits.TrainingAssist in scheduling and coordinating internal training and competency.
