The application must have the following:
10 years post article experience.Experience required in all aspects of trade mark practice including patents, designs and trade mark filings both in South Africa and internationally.Experience intellectual property litigation;Previously worked for one of the big IP firms Computer literate with good knowledge of Windows – Word, Powerpoint & Excel.
