RPO Recruitment is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Investment Analyst/Manager to join our esteemed client's Private Equity team.
We are seeking a dedicated professional with a strong background in financial analysis, market research, and investment strategies.
Responsibilities Conduct industry analysis and search for investment opportunities Conduct a comprehensive analysis of investment cases Develop financial models to assess the value of projects and companies Participate in structuring investment projects and negotiating the terms of the transaction Prepare presentations, memoranda and other materials Coordinate due diligence with the involvement of external consultants Coordinate the preparation of legally binding documentation in accordance with the agreed terms Prepare clear, concise, regular reports Maintain trusting relationships and direct contact with partners, consultants and other stakeholders Provide planning support and participate in events Requirements BCom Degree in Finance or related field.
MBA will be a strong benefit Work experience from 3 to 6 years in an investment bank, private equity or venture capital fund, Big3 or Big4 (valuation, due diligence, strategy), investment divisions of financial and industrial groups Good knowledge of corporate finance and extensive experience in financial modelling (DCF) CFA/ACCA/CPA certificates are welcome Advanced Excel and Power Point skills Strong analytical skills and ability to solve non-standard problems Developed communication skills and focus on results Independent multitasking skills Benefits Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
