Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the arrangement, maintenance, and reporting of inventory levels across the organizationPerform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracyAnalyze discrepancies and work closely with multiple departments to resolve issuesPrepare and maintain detailed inventory reports for management reviewAssist in developing inventory management strategies to minimize loss and optimize resourcesEnsure compliance with internal controls and company policiesLead inventory reconciliation processes and ensure timely financial reportingMonitor inventory turnover rates and identify trends for improvementCollaborate with the finance team on budgeting and forecasting related to inventory Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Logistics, or a related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory management or accounting, preferably in the industrial sectorStrong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft ExcelComputer literate in fully integrated computer system .
