The ideal candidate is someone who has a minimum of 4 years experience and wants to develop themselves, make a positive contribution to a team, and add to the passion we have for excellent service delivery to our clients.Duties & ResponsibilitiesIdentifying job responsibilitiesDrafting, posting and promoting job adsSourcing candidates and building talent pipelinesScreening candidatesOrganizing individual and group interview sessionsConducting reference and background checksManaging feedback and job offersReporting: Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics and dataDesired Experience & QualificationMinimum of 4 years experience in recruitment.Package & RemunerationR 30 000 - R 35 000 ctc per month (depending on experience).
