Qualifications:

3 Year Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years experience as HR Generalist
Minimum 5 years management experience

Learning and Development
Organisational Design and Reengineering
IR and Performance management


SAP and KRONOS knowledge is an added advantage
Extensive experience in a Unionized environment
Building employee relations experience is essential
