Requirements:Batchelors Degree or Advanced Diploma in HR with either specialisation in HR Management/Industrial Psychology or Social Science.Five years HR experience with at least two at management level.Knowledge and experience in the management of payroll that is not managed by another department or outsourced.Experience in working on VIP Payroll and HR Information System or equivalent system.Superior knowledge of legislation, regulations, codes and best practice related to human resources, payroll management and occupational health and safety.Intermediate level MS Office skillsA valid Code B drivers licence.
