Human Resources Business Partner

Icebolethu Group, South Africa's second largest Funeral Assurance Group providing a Centre of Excellence and leading provider of dignified burial solutions. We are calling for suitable candidates to apply for the permanent position of the HR Business Partner who will be required to provide human capital advice and support to Business Leadership and their respective teams (staff).
Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources / Human Sciences / Organisational or Industrial Psychology or other related degree qualification.Registration with the SA Board for People Practices (SABPP) is preferred.Valid Driver's LicenseExperience and Knowledge RequiredMinimum of five (5) years' HR Generalist management experience, preferably in insurance, retail, funeral and / or manufacturing environment.Knowledge of related labour laws and legislation.Knowledge of international labour laws and legislation will be an added advantage.
