Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition:Collaborate with management to understand talent needs and provide guidance on fulfilling these needs.Ensure a streamlined and consistent talent acquisition process.Utilize cost-effective methods for acquiring talent, including "head-hunting" top candidates.Maintain an organized database of applicants and manage the interview process.Use psychometric testing and other relevant assessments for senior roles.Track hiring metrics, including time-to-hire and source of hire.Talent Management:Develop strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.Create and promote a strong employer brand, improve recruitment processes, and develop retention programs.Culture and Engagement:Lead HR culture and engagement initiatives, emphasizing diversity and inclusion.Organize team-building activities, workshops, and recognition programs to enhance employee engagement.Collaborate with department heads to address employee development and career progression opportunities.Organisational and Job Design:Develop and update job descriptions in line with market best practices.Identify organizational structure gaps and build succession plans.Performance Management:Develop and update KPAs and KPIs in conjunction with line management.Ensure timely completion of performance reviews and follow up with action plans for individual development.Develop strategies for succession planning and talent management.Employment Equity:Develop and implement EE Plans, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.Track EE compliance and participate in the EE Committee.Communication and Marketing:Implement a marketing strategy that promotes the HR brand.Manage employee communication channels and conduct surveys for feedback.HR Administration:Handle HR administration tasks, including drafting contracts, HR reporting, and audits.Conduct stay-interviews to assess employee satisfaction.Qualifications and Experience:BComm Degree/Honours in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology.5 to 7 years of experience as an HR generalist.Proven track record in a similar role.Strong knowledge of BCEA, EEA, LRA, SDA, and B-BBEE.Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.Skills and Attributes:Excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong negotiation and analytical skills.High initiative and results-driven.Ability to work under pressure.Strong work ethic with solid values and principles.Basic project management and process improvement skills.Remuneration: R40 000 - R45 000 CTC including Benefits***Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted***
