Description: RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR for a well-established company – position based in the outskirts of Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.PERSON MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE IN THE PIETERMARITZBURG AREA AND ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY!
JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12 / NQF level 4.
Relevant human resources qualification.
Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Advanced MS Excel skills.
5 years' experience in human resources management.
Sourcing employees for departments as required.
Interviewing and creating shortlist.
Compiling contracts and legal compliance.
Evaluating staff competency per depot.
Must be able to travel from time to time.
Attend hearings.
Knowledge and experience with bargaining councils and other regulatory bodies.
Would only suit a meticulous and disciplined person able to prioritize tasks and work methodically. A confident and committed extrovert with good self-esteem, able to handle challenging parties and situations.

Salary package offered: R10000-00 – R15000-00 per month
