Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and confidentialityAssist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and facilitating communication with candidatesCoordinate onboarding and orientation activities for new employees, including paperwork completion, orientation scheduling, and assistance with initial trainingHandle employee inquiries and provide necessary information or guidance regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefitsAssist payroll processing by verifying timesheets, updating employee records, and addressing any payroll-related discrepanciesManage employee benefits administration, including enrolment, changes, and inquiries related to health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits programsSupport performance management processes by tracking performance evaluations, maintaining records, and assisting with performance-related documentationCoordinate employee recognition programs and events to promote employee morale and engagementAssist with HR-related projects and initiatives, such as policy updates, diversity and inclusion programs, and employee wellness initiativesPrepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed for management or regulatory purposesStay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in HR practices and proceduresCollaborate with other HR team members to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall employee experienceDesired Experience & QualificationDiploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferredProven experience (1-3 years) in an HR administrative role or similar positionStrong understanding of HR principles, practices, and proceduresStrong attention to detailFamiliarity with HRIS (HR Information System)Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPointExcellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyExceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keepingPackage & RemunerationMarket related CTC package, based on experience, that includes medical scheme and provident fund (The structure of the package will be discussed at interview level based on the candidates' qualifications and years of experience).
