Job Title: Human Resources Specialist
A top-tier pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to contribute to our HR and Payroll Administration Department on a 3-month contract.
Responsibilities:

Industrial Relations (IR):

Handle employee relations matters.
Interpret and apply employment legislation.
Manage disciplinary processes and grievance resolutions.


HR Administration:

Execute and streamline HR processes with precision.
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.


Leave Administration:

Oversee leave policies and processes.
Address employee queries regarding leave balances and policies.


Payroll Administration:

Manage end-to-end payroll processes efficiently.
Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.



Requirements:

Minimum Matric qualification.
Human Resources Diploma is mandatory.
At least 3 years of proven experience in HR Administration.
Strong Industrial Relations (IR) experience.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
