Hire Resolve's client is seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resource Practitioner to join their team in the food production industry based in the Western Cape. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and regulations, as well as a passion for working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The HR Practitioner will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR functions within the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirementsOversee the full cycle of recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employeesManage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handlingConduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to employees to drive performance improvementsCoordinate training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employeesEnsure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee recordsDevelop and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and external stakeholdersMonitor and analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address challengesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in HR roles within the food production industryStrong knowledge of South African labor laws and regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to handle confidential information and sensitive situations with professionalism and discretionAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and time-management skillsContact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experienceApply for this role today, contact Ashley Feldtmann, Rebecca Grylls, or Thomas Stacey at Hire Resolve or on LinkedInYou can also visit the Hire Resolve website: hireresolve.us or email us your CV: ****** will contact you telephonically in 3 days should you be suitable for this vacancy.
