Hrbp (Human Resource Business Partner - Mining

Description Hire Resolve is currently working with a leading mining company in Mpumalanga who is looking to add a skilled and experienced HRBP (Human Resource Business Partner) to their team.
As the HRBP, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function and partnering with stakeholders to drive HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals.
Responsibilities Act as a strategic partner to line managers and provide guidance on HR matters Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Manage recruitment and hiring process Conduct training needs assessment and develop training programs Manage employee relations and address any employee concerns or issues Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Hons.
Degree in HR would be advantageous.
8 years experience as an HRBP or in a HR Management Role.
5 years' experience in the mining industry.
