As the HRBP, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function and partnering with stakeholders to drive HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals.ResponsibilitiesAct as a strategic partner to line managers and provide guidance on HR mattersDevelop and implement HR policies and proceduresManage recruitment and hiring processConduct training needs assessment and develop training programsManage employee relations and address any employee concerns or issuesEnsure compliance with labor laws and regulationsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldHons.
