Responsibilities:
• The Human Resources Officer will support the HR department in managing the day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.

• Performance management
• Training and development
• HR compliance and policies
• Employee data management

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Postgraduate experience would be an advantage in Psychometric testing and analysis
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of HR software and systems
